Oh my goodness.. this is such a strict guidance. All the unhappiness that you're feeling right now, you can't blame anyone. No one is responsible for your happiness but yourself. That's harsh isn't it? Most times, we just want to blame everything around us for our anger or frustration but in truth, we are responsible for our own happiness. We decide for ourselves if our heart is in a hell state, or in a Buddha state. And when you decide that you're going to be happy no matter what the circumstances is, naturally, your environment will reflect what is in your heart.
Strict and so hard to apply.. but sooo true.
