My recent new life determination is to run a marathon. I just realized that not only is exercising good for one's health, but it also hugely contributes in releasing stress. Seriously. Running on the pavements can be pretty tiring and heart burning.. BUT.. because you're running, and possibly listening to music with your iPod.. you don't have any more space in your mind to think about stuff, stress about life and everything else.
Isn't that just great? 20 minutes of your life not worrying about things.
I just need to take out of my running shoes now. Do you think my original reebok pumps will be suitable?
Though I don't know how safe it is running around here though. Hmm..
