My dad told me that children will never learn how to be independent until they really experience life struggles especially being financially independent.
Till then.. life is just a bed of roses for them.
I do agree actually. Children will not really learn how hard life is until their parents really entirely stop supporting them.
There's so many things to take into account of when one is living on your own. You can't imagine how many things our parents have done for us. Phone bills, electricity bills, tax forms, credit card bills.. etc etc.
It is also not easy to find reliable and trustworthy information about life insurance because you never know when the company just wants to earn your money and run, or if they truly want you to be a life long customer.
Same goes for everything I guess. Sigh.. growing up is hard.
