I've been back in Malaysia for almost a day now. Wait..Its 1245pm now. Exactly 24 hours ago. And I've already eaten so much! Ahhh.. I don't know how people in Malaysia can be all nice and slim with all the good food around. Seriously. All the fatty coconut rice, curry, sambal, carbohydrates are certainly not doing anything good.
I really need to know the best fat burning exercise to last these two weeks here. Or else I'll be big fat and round and my trip back to the US will be quite torturing. You know how tiny plane seats are. o.O
Ahhhh.. I love food! Help!
