Facing problems and losing weight

What's the best way to lose weight? I think drama definitely helps a person to lose weight. Whether it is breaking up with your boyfriend/girlfriend, losing a family member, going into law school, having finals.. all these contributes to the lose of weight. You don't even have to go out to exercise because you don't even have time to eat.

Don't you think so?

You don't even have to resort to clinicallix. Unless you manage to eat a whole bunch of junk food in between all your work, like eating a whole tub of ice-cream to make yourself feel better after the break up instead of eating three regular meals. Then.. maybe.. you wont lose weight.

But yeah. Drama can be good for your body. =) Think about that the next time you face an obstacle or struggle.
