gee, that's a lot of stuff to pack. I'm thinking, just to save on space, you could forgo the toiletry stuff that you can get so easily in the US except for the Darlie toothpaste, of course. :D

u can leave cotton balls, kleenex, towels(that's hell lot of a weight) and most of the bathroom stuffs u can get in US.

leave all the bed basics. u can get better ones in US.

shoes? u can good bargains in US like nike and etc when the sales come in. there's no need to waste ur space.

Notebook paper-Fullscap Paper? i am pretty sure US got lots of stocks of it.leave stationaries. dictionary? why bother carrying them when u can get them in US or morever online.

misc u can also get it there. oh yes, steal the fork & spoons from the airlines itself. that's what i did everytime. glass? i am pretty sure there're glasses in US.International Adaptor
Phone and camera charger are okay to bring.

instead, i would like to advise you to bring things like malaysian food which u don't get in US,or malaysian comics like doraemon/lat in bahasa because seriously it feels good reading them when u are in US. and bring some good movies like sepet too.

i hope this list did help you a bit. all the best in US. keep blogging. (:
