I joined a gym, California Fitness last year. I know it was just a passing trent for myself coz no way am I gonna drive 20 minutes everyday to the gym to do some running or weight lifting. And true enough, after 6 months, I quit.
What I miss most about going to the gym is the various classes they offer. And one of them is of coz the ever popular yoga class. I really loved attending the yoga classes. There was one particular yoga class called Power Yoga. And every time you finish your work out, you will come out dripping wet with sweat. Its crazy. And for the next whole week or so, my body would ache like crazy. Like an old woman I would wobble here to there. And by the time my body recovered, it would be time for my next class.
And during that period of time where I was an ardent Yoga fan, I noticed my posture improving. And my health improved too. Gone were the days where I got sick like 2 to 3 times a month. For that period of time, I didn't fall sick at all!
Yoga is seriously amazing. But trust me, its definitely not easy. THose twisting poses is like playing twister all over again. The only difference is that its much much much harder.
