Oh my goodness, I can't believe how fast time is passing for me! One minute is August where I just checked-into my dorm rooms and now its October and everybody is preparing for Haloween! Its so crazy I tell you..
Halloween here is a totally big celebration. As I am speaking now, my university is setting up commitees to have a haunted house in the university itself! In Malaysia, Halloween is just another day of school or work.
Its interesting how when you actually know about all these holidays but just don't celebrate them. I mean, I read about Halloween and Thanksgiving and how its celebrated in books and even watched it on TV, but to actually experience it real life is a totally different story. I'm quite excited! Hehe..
Wonder if there's gonna be anybody that will invite me to their place! =P
After that is Christmas Holidays! Even now, I noticed there are Christmas decorations around the malls.. People are actually starting to shop for presents! And now with the wonders of the internet.. Woah.. One just can't get enough!
I have been going 'gaga' over the freedom of doing internet shopping here! Almost all my textbooks are from the internet! Its definitely much cheaper and you can get your stuff just by sitting in front of the computer! And the best part is there's no international shipping cost for me! Wahaha..
One thing that a person should definitely do when doing internet shopping is check for coupon codes. CouponChief.com is definitely a very good place to find if there are coupons that you can use if you are going to buy something. Who knows, you may get a discount or even get free shipping for your purchases! Amazon.com and Gap the clothing store are a few of the places that I love to shop. Its really good that you check with couponchief to see if they have any promotional coupons. YOu just never know!
Have fun shopping!

Oh dear.. Let's not talk about it. I totally understand you now when you say you buy a lot of things from the internet. But I havent got down to buying clothes though coz still got the shipping cost. Buying from the shops is still cheaper. Unlike books..
Ah.. The joy of internet shopping!
Oh you reminded of Halloween! Got to get costumes for the kids!
Cool! You get to experience the way Americans celebrate Halloween(one of their trademarks - and we only get to read about trick or treating in books!) and Christmas! Enjoy yourself...
