Does this mean that when you register for your car or something, you really put a smiley face on the section where you're supposed to put your car plate number? That is so cool I tell you!!! Seriously!!!
It'll certainly put a smiling face to whoever that is dealing with you! I'm sure the owner of this car has everything going on for him or her because he or she brings smile to everyone.
Or maybe not. Who knows!
