Isn't the term "wallet" synonymous for men? Especially when you say "leather wallet" then there is almost no doubt that its for a man. Am I right? Or am I making this up?

Why though? I know when you say wallet, you normally think of the small black squarish thingies that you can open up to put your cards. And most likely, there's no compartment to put your coins in. For ladies, its a huge purse. Though long rectangular ones that can fit anything from coins, tens and thousands of cards and family pictures.

Why can't women use "leather wallets" too? Unfair.
