I recently went to the home of one of my galfriends and she was making her own little buns! If you are Asian like me, you know we kinda pride of ourselves of having pretty little bread/buns with cute decorations or fillings inside be it curry chicken, pork floss, tuna, etc. Go into any little bakery in Japan, Taiwan, China or even Malaysia. I miss those!

My this galfriend is from Taiwan and she was trying to make her own buns for her husband. It came out amazing actually. Totally fit for bakeries. She told me its super easy to make. Granted she had an appliance lift but still.. I didn't believe her when she said its super easy to make.

I wanna learn though. =)
