Hot & Cold

Its sooo cold in my apartment I hate it. >.< It sucks when you have to choose between saving money or not freezing to death. Why?

I mean I know you can install curtains, or window toppers and such. But they're never good enough.. It helps to some extent I guess.

I still can't decide if being hot is worst than being cold. Like whether summer is worst than winter. I mean.. no I should correct that. Summer is never bad. Its just a little bit uncomfortable when it gets really hot and you don't have AC in the house. But when its cold... *brr* you don't want to do anything. You can't do anything because its soo cold!

Ok please remind me this when summer comes and I start complaining its too hot. Human beings are never happy.
