Did I mention that exercising seriously doesn't make you lose weight? *sob* I think my weight is slowly but surely increasing even with my swimming practices which is like three times a week for an hour and a half!!!
A friend of mine mentioned that I'm slowly gaining muscles. =.= Nope. I don't think so. I still have soft and flabby arms thank you very much.
I don't know if I believe all those hydroxycut reviews that I read recently. You know how prejudiced I am over taking pills just to lose weight. I mean.. there's no short cut in this world. I think its a mixture of exercising and healthy eating that will make someone lose weight. I just only do one of those things that's all. Bargh..
