Softening your sh*t!

What is the best weight loss supplement? In my opinion? Water and veggies. Yup.

If you're gonna work hard everyday in the gym, you gonna have to eat carefully. Who doesn't know that right? But drinking lots of water is actually also a very good way to lose weight. It cleanses your body by detoxifying all the bad stuff.

And you need veggies to soften all your *ahem* sh*t!
