Wow.. I have been blogging for 2 year already. I started in 2006 as a means to have fun and join the blogging community and now, its been 2 years and its still counting. Lots of stuff have happen between these two years.
I finished my STPM, applied for UKM, studied there for a while, applied for a university in US, was accepted, flew to California, spend my first year there, went back to Malaysia for summer holidays, stayed in Ho Chi Minh for a while, and am now back in California again.
That is basically the summary of my life these past 2 years. New experiences, new stories to tell, new knowledge.. maybe even a new person. Not sure about that yet. But one thing I'm really glad is that my blog is still running. Even though I may not blog as often as I had when I first started, but at least, my thoughts are documented once in a while.
I remember wanting to move my blog to its own domain. A .com site instead of the blogspot behind it. I actually paid money to buy the domain but things got complicated after a while. I wasn't exactly the IT expert here. So I gave up. A couple of web hosting reviews were good in recommending which sites serve the best hosting services but it was just to much for me. So here I am.. back in good old faithful blogspot.
Although I'm too lazy to start my own domain, I certainly recommend people to have one. Especially if you're thinking of getting serious with blogging. It gives you so much more freedom in doing what you want, and of course, if you're looking to earn more money. Though blogspot gives much more freedom than a lot of other web hosting sites.
2 years and counting. I wonder if my imaginary readers are still here?
