Everything is all about money nowadays. I just received a mail the other day on how a Malaysian family of 2 can survive with RM3000.
The answer?
Not possible at all!
What with the car, the house, the tuition fees, the food, the electricity.. You can't survive with that kinda salary at all. So what do a family like this do when they need to buy something or pay for their children's education?
Well.. loans of course. What choice do we have? But do you know what kind of company you're getting yourself into? Are you indirectly funding a 'black' society? Do you know where your money come from? Is it causing unnecessary bad causes to people?
You may say that you don't care and it's none of your business, so as long as you get the money, but truth be told, we have a responsibility in this. Everyone of us have. The power of a person is tremendous.
By being knowledgeable, you can actually make the world a better place!
Well, Co-op's financial products are bound to their ethical policy, so people like you and me can be rest assured that the money that they borrow did not come from the profits of pollution or human rights abuses!
